  • Fry your hatchery trout for lunch below Blue River (except in fire season)
  • Fishing and outdoor equipment if you can't bring your own
  • Transportation back to your vehicle after the trip

YOU SHOULD BRING:
  • Oregon fishing license, and salmon/steelhead tag, if needed
  • Rain gear, sun/rain hat (it can rain anytime in western Oregon)
  • Long sleeve shirt or sweater, extra warm clothing (except in summer)
  • Polarized sunglasses or fishing glasses, suntan lotion

If you prefer spinning gear, bring it along. Rooster Tails, Mepps and Panther Martins work well for trout. Hotshots, Thomas, Blue Fox, other big spinners and spoons for steelhead. Salmon hit spinners, spoons, sand shrimp and gobs of salmon roe.
